How to find us
We are situated 1 mile off the main Dungarvan to Clonmel Road in a village called Touraneena.
Touraneena is 15 miles south of Clonmel and 10 miles north of Dungarvan.
Accessibility
The rivers Suir and Blackwater are very easy to access from Fish Hunt’s central location, just south of Clonmel in South East Ireland. The nearest international airport is Cork but Dublin is not much further away.
For those that like to take lots of tackle on fishing holidays then it is possible to drive from the UK, using the ferry service from Fishguard in Wales to Rosslare by Wexford. The crossing takes 3½ hours by car ferry but it is much quicker by Cat, when this is running during the summer months.
The fishing is approximately 1½ hour’s drive from Rosslare, using the coastal road.
Most of the beats have bank-side parking and are suitable for picnics and barbecues. There is a wide choice of hotels, B&B’s, restaurants and pubs in the area and close to the fishing locations. Chauffeuring can be provided if required, providing this is booked in advance.
